Our Management Team

		Rob Phillips is our Managing Director, age 42 and is responsible for strategic business planning and brings more than 23 years experience to our company.

		Duncan Summers is our Sales Director, age 39. He is responsible for our sales growth and overall sales strategy. Duncan brings 22 years experience to SVTWO.

		Nick Ide is our Commercial Director, age 43 and he looks after our account management team and customer services. Nick is responsible for key client activity.

		William Fletcher is our Production Director, age 46 and is responsible for daily production as well as managing our supply chain. William has more than 25 years experience in our industry.

		Craig Spence is our New Business Development Director, age 34 and he is responsible for exploring new markets, growing our client base and building long-term relationships with clients and with our design agency partners.

		Dave Young is our Customer Services Manager. Dave is responsible for providing the link between sales and production, providing clients with one point of contact whilst their project goes through the print process. He joined us from Capita, where he spent five years managing marketing and financial print requirements on behalf of the 360 offices in the Capita Group, winning an award for his personal contribution in 2004. With a long history in print and reproduction, he understands the practical requirements of clients requests and can liaise with print technicians to ensure every project goes smoothly.

		Vanessa Caton is our Client Partner. Her skills in building client relationships are a great asset to our business. Vanessa also brings almost 12 years’ experience in new business development to the company.
